Behavior Expectations
Parents are a critical part of student achievement and we feel it is important that our students and their families know and understand the behavior expectations at SHS. When you visit our campus you will see banners that clearly and positively state the expectations Selma High School has for its students and staff. Staff has and will continue to model the expected behaviors. Students have been taught appropriate behaviors, just as teachers teach academics. In addition, students have been and will continue to be rewarded when behavior is appropriate and have consequences when it is not. With your support and encouragement, we will be able to increase the number of students demonstrating positive behavior and academic achievement, in addition to reducing discipline referrals.
